The graph chart illustrates the number of participants for different activities at a certain social centre in Melbourne, Australia throughout the period 2000 to 2020.

Overall, the number of participants for table tennis experienced an upward trend . The participants for amateur dramatics were decreased eventually making it the lowest trend of all. The number for film club was moderately stable throughout the period .

About more than 35% people were interested to participate in martial arts in 2000 . Then the figure fall and it was slightly over 30% in 2005, before climbing back to near 40% in 2018 ,then fall again and it was same as 2000 by the end of the 2020. The number of participants for table tennis was above 30% in 2000 ,which peaked in 2005 and decliend by 20% in 2010. Then the figure increased dramatically and was about 50% in 2020.

By contrast, musical performances showed different trend ,starting from 0% in 2005, the number grew gradually and it was around 20% in 2020. Amateur dramatics showed a downward trend. The percentage was less than 30% in 2000 , it rose to almost 30% in 2005 ,then decreased by 2020 . The proportion for film club was quite stable except in 2010.
