Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Nickole, one of your clients here in the Philippines. I availed the travel insurance since 3 years from now. I am writing this letter to claim the insurance for the item I lost during my travel in Australia.

The brand of my bag I mentioned is Dior, and it is a limited edition. The color of the bag is white and pink. The strap is in 2 inches wide. It has 2 pockets in front of the pouch and a minimal flower design at the top bottom. Also, I have my initials engraved inside the bag.

On July 22nd, 2024, I lost my sling bag during my tour in Sidney Australia. I came in downtown to see good spots. As I walked through the flower shop, I noticed that my sling bag Is already missing, and the last place I visited was a park, where I sat temporarily while waiting for my husband.
