The given table illustrates information about the changes in percentage of lawyer people occuping jobs in various industries in one country from 2001 to 2016.
Overall, bar chart shows that in the given three main industries women’s pecentage in the field increased. The highest disparities in business, where females dominate.
In 2001 15% of males and 17% females were private lawyers, while in the 2016 the percentages are increased to 19% and 21% male and females respectfully. In business industry field on the other hand, in the 2001 both sexes accounted for 14%. However, in 2016 the male’s percentage has not changed, while female’s has rised to 21%.
Government accounted for 45% men lawyers and 41% women lawyers in 2001. Nevertheless, male’s percentage decilned to 38% and women’s percentage barely changed. Additionally, the other fields’ accounted for more than quarter percentage of males and nearly 30% of females in 2001. However, the male’s proportion reached to 29% in 2016, while female’s significantly decreased to 16%.
