Overall, full-time undergraduate had the highest percentage, while full-time postgraduate was while full-time postgraduate students accounted for the second highest figure, at 25%. Additionally, the figures for the remaining categories were considerably lower. In library opening hours students had the highest percentage of very satisfaction.
Part-time postgraduate was 16%, while distance learning and academic staff had the lowest percentages 8% and 7% of category. In contrast, full-time undergraduate and full-time postgraduate was highest percentage 44% and 25% than other categories shown in the pie chart.
In helfullness of staff very satisfied users reached its highest point at 95%, while not satisfied students shown 0%. At the same time, library opening hours students had the same figure of not satisfied 0%. However, availability of books had highest percentage of not satisfied 10%, compared with library opening hours and helfullness of staff.
