Overall, a noticeable trend is that export earnings were decreased steadily from petroleum products to textiles in 2016. However, in 2015, it fluctuated. In addition, product category was decreased just in gams and jewellery.
According to exporting, it is clear that petroleum products were slightly higher in 2015, at above 60 billions than in 2016, at 60 billions. Moreover, engineered goods went down from 60 billions in 2015 to under 60 in 2016. Although gams and jewellery went up from 40 billions in 2015 to over 40 in 2016, it was roughly the same in agriculture products. But, textiles were lower in 2016, at below 30 billions than in 2015, at above 40 billions.
In terms of categories, textiles and engineered goods were the largest proportion, at 15.24% and 8.5%% respectively. On the other hand, agricultures products and petroleum products the lowest proportion, at 0.81% and 3%respectively. However, gems and jewellery were, made up 5.18% of change in values.
