From the line graph provided above, we can see the amount of participants for various types of activities at a community centre in Melbourne, Australia from the year 2000 to 2020.
The most popular activity in the five years period, was film club. The club been well known since the start of the period till the last year. The club attracted over 60 people through out the years. In contrast, no one participated in the musical performances in 2000 and 2005, but it did gain some attraction in 2010 to 2020 with almost 20 members.
The table tennis group had the most increased of members from all the groups. Started of with 16 players in the first year and expanded to more than three times the amount from the initial year to the last year in the graph. On the other hand, Amateur dramatics experienced an opposite trend. In attracted numbers in the high twenties in 2000 and 2005, by 2020 the numbers dropped to below ten, which decreased approximately 80 percent from the original amount. In 2010 both clubs had the exact number of participants.
Attendance numbers for the martial arts group fluctuated slightly over the time period, but remained on the 30 to 40 bracket. However martial arts doped from the second most popular group to the third most popular group in 2015 due to the growth of the table tennis group.
