Dear Ram,

I hope this letter finds you well, I am writing to apologize for spilled coffee on your important document last night.

Let me explain how it happened, when I saw you in the meeting room I was over the moon. as we met after long time and you even did not inform me that you are coming back from Canada to join your father’s company. It was so plasent to saw you. Moreover, i think your father was also very excited to hand over all responsibility to you, during this when you cut cake, that was heart touching. Athough it was unexpected, and the small celebration turned out to be really enjoyable. After all of that I guess my hands were sticky and when I took coffee it just slipfrom my hand and spil on your document.

Howevere, I know those documents are very important for the next meeting. As there was all information related to new deal you are going to sign. I regret any inconvenience caused. Please accept my sincere apologies for that everything, but I already studied those documents and I am currently working on them hopefully it may be ready before your meeting.
