Dear Mr. Anant,
I hope this message finds you well. I am one of your rent-payers and am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I am facing regularly at my flat. I have been living in the south block apartment for two years with my family. Although you have maintained your building very well, the door- lock of the wardrobe has not been working since last Sunday.
However, we tried to fix the lock with the help of a local cappenter, but we failed to do so. According to the carpenter, the lock is old enough to be replaced, and it was stucked due to rusting, resulting in huge trouble for us in using the almirah.
I would appreciate it if you change the lock as quickly as possible because none of us is able to use the furniture for daily pourposes. Moreover, if it requires some time to get rectified then please provide us with an alternative storage for time being.
I look forward to a positive response.
Yours sincerely,
Subhas Kundu
