Dear landlord,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to complain regarding the furniture during our stay in your rental apartment.

Firstly, I am unsatisfied with the dining chairs in the kitchen area that bend toward one side while sitting, which might cause accident while utilizing them. Moreover, I noticed that there is a water leakage from the air condition in the master bedroom, which caused the interruption of sleeping at night due the water dripping sound. Lastly, I observed that a television in the living room was broken. Therefore, me and my family member were trying to fix it by changing several cables and connected to the television, however it still did not operate.

As a result, I would like you to replace the furniture I mentioned above to improve the quality of living for the next tenant.
