Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are well. I am writing to inquire about the properties that me and my family has decided to accuire because we are moving to Toronto next month. I gleaned your contact from one of my friend, who has been living there from last five years.

Before I jump to the requirements, let me introduce to you by myself. My name is David Jackson and I am living with my wife and two teenage children, so we four will be moving to Toronto by the end of April.

Since I have two teenagers and I am looking for their bright career in Canada, I would like to have a four bed,hall, and kitchen appartment. Subsequently, I am looking for two big balconies as my wife likes to do a meditation in the evening time.

While I understand that it is hard to get such spacious space in the heart of Toronto, other neighbourhood area will also be convienient for us. However, my first preference would be in the downtown area of Toronto. An appartment facing towards the Ontario lake.
