Dear Sir/Madam, to whom it may concern,

I’m writing this letter to book few rooms. My family and i will stay in your hotel from march 3rd to march 14th. When we arrive i would like to have a bucklet with plases to walk around. I’m will with 4 people, so i need 3 rooms. One room need to include one crib and baby table. Also i would like to reserve a restourant for all members of my family on march 5th, because my brother have his 17th birthday. I think on this day we need to offer a special breakfast for him and reserve tikets in swimming pool. It’s all with my requests. But i would higly appreciate if you recommend for as some activities.

Its important for me to have a good vacation, so i hope in your place we can do this.
