Dear Madam,

I hope you are well. I am writting this letter to talk about making a reservation about your hotel for a weekend getaway with my faimly and to inform you of some specific requirements.

Infact, we are planning to arive on last weekand and we would appriciate it if you could conform the availability of accommodation for these dates.

Moreover, the type of room we would prefer a faimily suite or two connecting room as we are a faimily of six including four children. A room with a comfortable sleeping arrangement and sufficient space would be ideal for us.

In conclusion, we have a few special requests. If possible , we would like a baby crib to be provided in the room. We would also appriciate a non-smoking room and one that is located away from noisy areas of the hotel.
