Dear Sir or Madam,

This is Youssef Ossama, I am willing to enjoy this weekend at the hotel.

I am writing this letter asking for arrangements to be made to my reservation at your hotel.

First point is that I will come after I finish my work, I will arrive on friday’s night at 9 pm. I am planning to stay for 2 nights, and leave on sunday’s afternoon at 4 pm.

Secondly, I love privacy, therfore, I would like to have a single room with its own bathroom inside and I will be honored if there is a microwave availbe. I want to know how much will it cost me?

Finally,what activities can I do near the hotel ? as I am an active person, and also If there is any places of interest that I should visit.
