Dear John,

I am writing to you regarding the preparations for the sale of garage. I have discuss with you some matters related to this topic

Firstly, we have decided to selling the joint garage with are connected to both the houses. So , first thing is that what was the proposed date and time for the sale. According to me ,next weekend 23 June and time will be 4pm for sale on it.

Secondly, there are plethora of tasks will be completed before the deadline such as advertising and some maintenance work like paint work, lock repair and floor cleaning . I think that you and me can share all the work. You will handle publicity work and I will manage all another renovation work. Thus ,all the arrangements done on time.

Lastly, the amount of money which is coming for the sales will be divided into two portions. So, everyone get equal amount of profit without any problem and the all the expenses on the property will be deducted from the profit.
