Dear Mr.lucas,
I am writing to follow up with our curent conversation with fences that we shared together between our properties. While bose of us agree that this is a urgency problem that we need to figure out as soon as possible, I understand that we both have different perspective on how it should be fixed but we all wan to bring up the best solutions so the fence will be unwounded for decade. I am writing this letter to clarify my position and find a way that is benefit for both of us.
Firstly, regarding to the current stage, the fence now is significantly leaning on my garden which strongly affect on mmy planting and my dogs becuase their house is just under the fence. The bottom of the fence is erosion by unknown reasons and can not be fix, due to the situation on the damge of the fence i think fixing won’t help a lot where you want to only fix but not change.
My preffered solution is to change a brand new fence so it would not be broken in a short time, and for the payment i propose i can pay 60% of the whole cost. I have search online and gain suggestions from people who are facing the same problems and we can just contact the poffesional team that they used.
I believe that this solution is must sensible for several reasons. Proffesionally done it would extent the fence lifespan up to 10-15 years saving us money for a long term perspective. In considerations of the erosion level if only fixing the fence it would on stay for one or two seasons and we would need to fix it again and again vicious circle. Additionally that the quality of the fence is also very important to us in our future life for both security and appearance.
