Dear landlord,
I am writing to sincerely inform about some problems in my new apartment. Recently, I rented the flat in Rue Mackay, and after living for few days I observed multiple defects in the house.
After couple of days, When I was trying to make bread, I noticed that the kitchen oven was not operating properly. It was not able to work according to the mode selected and also cuts-off in between. Additionally, last night when I went to take a shower after tiring day the geaser did not function efficiently and supplied cold water instead of the hot.
Moreover, I have already registered an official complaint to the building manager but I have not yet recieved any response from the managment. As the kitchen oven is damage, I have very limited number of dishes to cook and is really affecting my diet. For instance, I am not able to prepare any frozen food like pizza in order to save time. Furthermore, the unavailibility of hot water is really affecting my health especially when it is cold outside. This morining after taking shower with cold water, I caught a cold and now suffering from flu.
As I am a new tenant and considering the high amount of rent I have to pay, I would like you to take necessary action as quickly as possible and provide me a terminal solution.
