I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to inform you that I am formally withdrawing my job offer for a position of a staff nurse.

As a part of the company annual appraisal I got promotion to a team leader with a good salary hike. Because of that, I declined your’s job offer letter.I hope that you can understand my situation very well.
