I am writing this letter to request technician service urgently.
A week ago, I purchased a 55-inch Samsung TV from Costco. My receipt is attached. Unfortunately, when I arrived home and turned the TV on, I found out that the TV screen appeared with some black strips. On the same day I reached out your customer support and opened a complaint.
Today, it’s been a week since my complaint was received by your staff. Your representatives told me that a technician would come over in 3 days to either replace the screen or the TV itself. Yet, nothing has been done since then.
As a customer, I would like to obtain decent service regarding my situation as soon as possible. I ask to get a technician service immediately, or to be fully refunded for this TV.
