I am writing this letter with disregard to reporting a complaint for my recent purchase of Samsung LED TV (model number-1203456)
My name is Anushka Sen and I am a valuable customer of your store from woodbridge-Ontario, since 2003.
On Sunday, 21 April 2026, I purchased a Samsung LED TV from you’re store, with model number (1203456). On purchase of the television, I was suggested by the sales person-Mr.Singh, that this was one of the best model to purchase, with high quality colour display and 50 inch screen size. When recieved the product at my home, I recieved a 35 inch screen size model, besides the colour display screen of the model is extremely blurry than I was shown during purchase, by Mr.Singh.
I made an attempt to reach the customer service through phone calls but did not recieve satisfying response from their end. However I am extremely disheartendly and would like to inform you that, the information provided to me during purchase did’nt match with company standards when i recieved my television.
With great disappointment, I would like you to return my purchse, providing me with a 100% refund or exchange it with a brand new television, with all features, as was promised during purchase.
