Dear Sir,

I am Daniel John. I am a history teacher at White star senior secondary school which is located in Annapolis valley region. Here, I would like to request about arranging a motivational museum tour which I read in newspaper during last week.

As usual, at this time, our school authorities are thinking to organize a tour for students for their summer vacation, before their holidays. Pupils can leave and explore new things that would be more beneficial for them. Students are currently studying on Mughal empire. In your museum, we can explore Mughal empire’s valuable things such as weapons, dresses, currency and many more.

On average, class size is about 35 students and 15-16 years old. Our school will arrange transport service but we need pointing space for buses. Additionally, we would be happy if you provide us a guide to explain about ancient things. After a tour, we would like to take quiz from children. We will ensure that we will not disturb any visitors.
