Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a member of astudent council at your school.I am writing to ask for your assistance to fixing student council’s library.

I would greatly appreciate if you could fix some problems with library in your school. First and foremost, there is no Wi Fi for students. As you know, nowadays it is more easier to find books online than looking for them from shelves in the library.In addition, there are a lot of essential books for our studies which our library have not owe. In such cases, it would be beneficial for our studies if you coul do it.

Secondly, an air conditioner have not been working for two months. It is not cool the room properly. However,considering the temperature in our city and guests that come almost every week, we really need to fix it.

I am looking forward to recieving your prompt responce and satisfactory solutions.
