Dear Madam,

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the pressing issue of improving our school library, which is currently lacking in resources and facilities, causing a number of difficulties for our students.

Improving the library plays an essential role for the academic development of our students. A well-equipped library is not only a source of knowledge but also a place for students to enhance their research skills, critical thinking and creativity.

To address the issue, I would like to suggest several specific improvements. Firstly, we need to update a collection of books to create much more learning atmosphere. Additionally, we should invest in e-learning in order to help academic growth and well-being of our students.

In my point of view, these improvements will greatly benefit our students in several ways. By offering a wider selection of books, students will be able to prepare for their exams more effectively.

I hope you can grant me in this regard and I would highly appreciate a reply as soon as possible.
