Dear Luis,
Hope this finds you well and that you are enjoying your weekend in London. I sincerely apologize for interrupting your vacations. I am writing to you because I would like to offer to serve a very popular dish from my home country at the Foods of The World event this Saturday night.
The empanadas are a traditional dish that is served all over Argentina and that is and enjoyed by all ages. It consists in a fried or oven baked hand-pie, filled with different ingredients. The spiced grounded beef filling is one of the most popular options. Moreover, I was thinking that we could offer vegetarian empanadas, filled with cooked greens.
I believe that this dish could be an excellent choice to offer on the event because it is eaten by hand, wrapped on a paper napkin. This is also a very affordable recipe to make. So we can get better profits that will be donated to the local charity at the end of the night. Moreover, since there are going to be lots of children there, I think this dish is a kid-friendly option that parents will appreciate.
Thank you. Looking forward to hearing from you,
Camila.
