I am Isroilov Abbosxon, a second-year student of the Faculty of Economics in this University. I would like to request your permission for organizing a cultural occasion that is called “International Students’ Cultural Evening” on the University campus and I am in need of assistance from the University.
The purpose of this ceremony is that strengthening friendship and solidarity of students of different nationalities which are studying in this university, in addition to increase social engagement through the presentation of various cultures.The ceremony will create opportunities for students presenting their culture and studying another traditions of nations.
According to details of the event,the date is the fifteenth day of the next month in the central courtyard of the university. In this ceremony,the presentation of the national food of various countries,the presentation of traditional clothes, and interesting quizzes and small games with presents are shown.
If possible , could you provide with any necessary support that include allocation of an open space or hall for holding the event,provision of a stage, audio equipment (microphones, speakers), and tables/chairs,if possible, a small financial contribution (for decoration materials or gifts).
