I am nilujan your claint I am writing this letter about your service I know your service is well evenif I have face some issues through the heating system you know I have been a tenant in this apartment for seven months for the last three weeks the heating system has not been working properly .the temperature in my apartment is very cold especially in the night and becaming very difficult to live comfortably. I have to wear a jacket inside my home which is not what I expected when I move in .

I am also concemed because I have been in contact with your office twice a about this problem I called on October 12th and again october 15th but no one has come to fix the heating as a result the problem has not been sold and I am very frustrated
