Dear Luis,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am a member of an International Student club. We want to make an event to celebrate popular food around the world, so I would like to ask you about a popular dish from my country.

This food is from indonesia. Especially, from sumatra island and people call it rendang. The main ingredients are from meat and spices, if you try this food is flavorful and a bit spicy. Moreover, this food has history behind and we will explain at the event.

For the reasons I bring this food because it is unique. People will be curious when they try this food, and the taste I sure it is not common for people. Furthermore, majority people come to this event are students, and that is good for their knowledge about food around the world.
