Dear Mr. Kamal,

I am this letter to inform you some maintenance problems in my new apartment.

I am facing some problems with electricity supplies as well as parking lot. The electricity connection is not wll established that is why it disconnects again and again. Besides, I cannor use parking lot to keep my car due to lack of available space. Since those matters are quite important for daily life, please resolve these problems as soon as possible.

Although I have been noticed these issues since first day when I rented the apartment, these day it is unavoidable. I have followd the electricity problem around a week ago while I wanted to conect my phone to charge. For paking lot, I have not kept my car yet just for lack of sufficient palce.

To resolve these issues, you should take some immediate action. I would be happy if you call an electrician to fix the electricity connection. Additionally, you can increase the parking lot space to keep more vehicles.
