I’m regret to inform you that the maintenance on several issues has to be resolved, which supposed to be done prior to my move. The kitchen sink is leaking, hot water takes a lot of time, mould on the washroom door.
I’m deeply dissatisfied on this matter. As the water leaks to floor every time while using kitchen sink, I had to mop after each use. In addition to that, I had to keep the water running for a while to get hot water from all the taps. It greatly affect my utility bill. More to this issue, the mould found on washroom door is concerning. I got cold and fever as I moved in, I suspect mould is causing it.
As I paid the advance , first and last month rent, all this issues should be cleared within next week. I will crash at my friend’s place till the work is done. Also, I will only pay for the days I stayed at the apartment for next month. Thank you for your time and consideration. Looking forward to your response.
