Dear Ms. Orcajo,

I am writing about the requests I have previously made about the maintenance on the ceiling and the flickering light in the hallway in the second floor on where my room is located.

As you can remember, I wrote a letter to you about the leaking in the ceiling when it rains. The heavy pour of the water flows from the ceiling down to the walls of my room which causes my bed on the floor to get wet. On the other hand, the flickering light in the hallway is also a problem as when I get home at night, I am having a hard time seeing things around me.

These problems have been ongoing for a week now and it’s causing a major disturbance in the convenience of my stay in the apartment, especially the water leaks.

I am asking for your kind consideration to take matters as soon as possible, and resolve the ongoing issues with your apartment.
