Dear Syrym,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to let you know about a recurring problem with the water supply in my apartment.

For the past two weeks, the water pressure has been very low, especially in the mornings and evenings. Sometimes there is no hot water at all, which makes it difficult to take a shower or wash dishes. I have also spoken with a few neighbours who said they are facing the same issue.

This problem is causing a lot of inconvenience. I often have to wait until late at night to use water properly, and it is affecting my daily routine. The lack of hot water is especially uncomfortable now that the weather is getting colder.

I would be very grateful if you could arrange for someone to check and fix this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need access to my apartment.
