Dear Principle, Jacob

I hope this letter finds you well. I’m Jack Ryan and I’m an International student enrolled in the Business Management course from section F. This letter is about a week off during my studies.

Recently, one of my close friends met with an accident very brutally and he was injured badly. So, he was admitted to a hospital near his residence apparently there are few people only knew about this and he wants me to be there. By staying there he will feel relaxed and mentally strong to overcome his injuries.

I request you that if you could give me a week off from 25th January to 1st February I would be grateful for that. I promised I will recover my study what I had missed.
