The reason why I am addressing you that taking week off during my English course in recent we will be planning to move to city center from 18 th to November 24 th on days with my family participates.

My English course include grammar sentence, speaking, listening, writing and reading directions. In addition, this course will hold on at 13:00 pm until 17:00 pm 5 days in a week after my university lesson. Indeed, to have 5 times in a week so it gives great opportunity to us improve English skills. And also it is one of the prominent course in circle educational centers.

But, there is one reason to request taking a week off during the course that my parents plan moving to another city center from 18 th to November 24 th on day as I said before. This accommodation is located to near my university. I am going to help my parents to deliver a lot of baggage to move for new apartment. After moving to another city center, I will have never leave English course lesson.

I would be grateful if you could consider my request and grant me permission to take a week off. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
