Dear, Mr. White

i hope this letter finds you in well. i am penning down this letter to inform you regarding my the presentation which is due at the end of this week. i am scheduled to give a refresher on Health and Safety training in the presentation. presentation is all about overall safety measures that everybody needs to take while working on floor. in brief explanation on how to use ladders and extinguishers and steps taken during and emergency.

unfortunately, i am under the weather and will not be able to make it to presentation this weekend. the doctor has advised me to take rest at least for a week. i am aware that this presenation plays a crucial role in our company and all the employees are due to have this referesher. i promise you i will do my best when i perform this task given to me.

therefore, i kindly request you to please reschedule the presentation for next week. i hope you will understand the matter and waiting to hear back from you.
