Dear sir and madam,

Hope you are doing well. I am Yadwinder Singh and i live in your house 741 fenety street. Right now my financial situation is not so good, as you know i work part time in a restaurant and the pay rate of my work is not worthwhile.

So, right now i am hunting full time job and i already gave a interview in construction agency. They ask me to go through with me for further formalities. I know they hire me, so please give me few days, i will send your money.

Hope you understand my situation. I promise from future your rent will be on time.
