Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing this letter to inquire about the accommodation at college in Greenland, Northern Ireland for my further studies.

First and foremost, my name is Dhruvi Patel and I enrolled in the Human Resource Management course in the Academy College in Greenmount. I am travelling alone to the new place and need some help and guidance related to the accommodation.

Moreover, the major accommodation I require is transportation from the airport to the hostel campus. Not only this, but a private room which is located near to the college is preferable for my convenience.

At the very last, I am planning to come on the 1st of July therefore, the transit service is required for that day. In addition, I will also need an access of my student id on the day of my arrival.
