Dear Sam,

I hope you are doing good in your life. I’m writing this to ask a favour to help in moving.

Since my lease is going to end, and must need to move to new place by next weekend. I’d first think to continue here but my workplace is so far from this house and took me almost an hour to reach in morning, to avoid delays due to traffic, i find a place near to office area.

I remember you are working overtime from last three months and it’s been lot to ask, if you have time could you help me to move. As you’re the only person, who can help with transportation, and also live in my area. i already finished my packing, garbage some unused stuff, and pile up the boxes to move but those are extremely heavy after fill up and it’s not idle for my to alone. So I’m thinking to ask you fir an extra hand.

i am planing to move on Saturday, January 30, which is weekend next and a day off from work. Well, you are working in afternoon shifts. i think moving in evening would be the best time and after moving we’ll go for some drinks and dinner latter that evening, which would be my thanks to you for helping me out.
