Dear Manager of The Accomodation Office,

First of all, I am Ikram Ali who studied in Brawijaya University and hereby I am contacting you in relation to inform you that I am going to visit Manchester for a short course but I have not arranged accomodation yet. Therefore, I hope you can give me a fovour to arranged my accomodation for this event.

I am really excited and happy to join this course, cause of that I hope can stay at Manchester comfortly with good accomodation during involving the course. I have doing some research about United Kingdom specially the city where would be i am to stay, I find out that it was cold being there and I assume that it is important to notify that I came from the tropical state where most of the weather is hot, hence I need stay room with temperature controller, furthermore I hope available lodging locaction near from the college in order I can go to the course on foot.

It would be much appreciated if you could arrange such accomodation.
