Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Mohammad Irwan, I am from Indonesia. I will be taking part in a short training course, which will be held next month by Milton CAT company, Manchester branch of heavy equipment in the United Kingdom. I am writing this letter to you with the aim of helping me find accommodation for one person on 22nd to 28th September 2024.

The room based I want is at least 3 stars; where breakfast, laundry are provided by the place to stay, not far from the shopping center and the beauty of the town be seen by me from the window. Most importantly, easy to get transportation especially trains, so that I can be on time at the lesson place and not get stuck in traffic jams, because Manchester is a big city in England. I saw on the internet that there are two hotels close to Milton CAT, namely the Yellow Hotel and the Red Hotel. However, I am confused about which one to choose that suits the type I need or maybe you have another option.

I would like to appreciate for your help. I look forward to receiving your reply soon.
