Hi Mary,

Long time no see! Sorry I’ve been under the clouds lately due to bouts of bad health and was bed found for a quite a while. Thank God, I am as fit as fiddle now and ready to meet and catch up! So let’s get down to the crux of the matter. I want to tell you that I am hosting a graduation party at my home next Saturday night 27 June. By the way, did you know that I have invited 50 people of my friends and family for an outdoor barbecue. Plus, I wanted to say that we are planning to start the evening around 7:00 PM. Because we will outside and we might continue chatting and celebrating late into the night, I wanted to reach out to you first. I sincerly appologize in advance for any loud music or commotion that might cause you discomfort or disturb your sleep. I would be absolutely delighted if you could join us for the celebration! If you prefer a quiter environment, I completely understand and will ensure we keep the volume down as the evening gets late. Please feel free to call me at 55078233 if you ever need the music turned down. So, that’s all I’ve got to say for the time being. I can’t wait to see you and catch up.
