Dear Mr.Johnson,
I am writing this letter to address the issues I have been experiencing with your two pet dogs for the past month.
Since the beginning of August (1), your pet dogs have been climbing through the fence that seperates our gardens and continuously eating my plants that has been growing since January. In addition, I have had to remove a lot of poop to avoid stepping into it.
However, with a sturdy and stronger fence these issues can be avoided to prevent any disturbance or inconvenience for me and my garden. I would not have to carry the responsibility of cleaning up your pets poop and repurchasing plants.
As a solution, I consider we both offer 50% of the $500 cost for a proper fence to prevent future dilemmas with your pets given that they are the primary source of this situation that I am experiencing. Thank you.
Kind regards,
Deontai Jennings
