Dear Mr Rathod,

I am writing this letter to discuss in regards to repairing of the common fence that divides our backyards.

In last two years, we both have renovated exterior of our properties that includes our driveways and gardening area at the front. But we have not changed our backyard’s fence yet; which is really old and has some holes in it. Sometimes, your dogs are entering my premise through the holes to pee or poop.

After making a new fence, we can seprate our properties completely and resolve above-mentioned problem easily. Moreover, it will be appropriate for our kids as well to play within assigned boundry line.

As the fence is exactly located in middle of our properties, it would be great if you could contribute half of the expense in this repairing cost of fence. As a result, repaired fence will be advantageous for both of us.
