Dear team,

I hope you all are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my feelings regarding organizing a farewell party for our one of the best friend and colleague Mrs. Amrita. As we all know she is one of the best employee in our Sales department. I just want to appreciate her efforts for our team and department.

Well, I would organise a dinner at our area’s one of the best restaurant ‘Thousand Spices’ because it’s her favourite restaurant. I decided the 12th of this month and timing will be 8pm. This restaurant has all vegitarian options as I know our all team members are vegetarian.

Moreover, I will be happy if we all do so contribution to give her something memorable or which she loves to use. If anyone has suggestions regarding particular gift then please let me know. I would be very thankful to all if you are coming with open heart to give her blessings for future life.

With regards,

Aman
