Dear Sir/Madam

I hope this latter finds you well. I am wiritng to invate you to join and celebrate a farewell dinner for a colleague who is leaving our company.

Mrs Anderson is a manager in our company. She has worked for three years and has given a lot of positive impact in our company.

I have plan to make a farewell dinner on: Date: 21st of June

Location: Cempaka testaurant

Time: 8 PM

I think it is the best time and place to make a farewell dinner. Especially the restaurant is near from our company, then we can go together after work.

Could you please help me guys to celebrate this event with wear white clothes and bring a latter for Mrs Anderson. I hope all you guys can attend and celebrate a farawell dinner together. Please do not be late. Can not wait to see you in this dinner.
