Respected Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding the international training program opportunity I received and to seek for financial support from the institution.

I am a Masters of Computer Science student and currently enrolled in a third-term of the course. Moreover, I am student representative of the engineering department as well as leading university’s research and development group since last one year.

Harvard University, in this summer, is organizing a special training course focusing on the Artificial Intelligence. The duration of the course is 3 weeks and specially tailored for educating students with the recent advancements in this field. I, specially, believe that this would be an excellent opportunity for me as to understand the practical use cases of this field and how we can incorporate with the existing fields such as computer programming and software engineering.

Fortunately, my applicant to join this program is accepted by the university and the fees of it 2000 CAD approximately. Coming from a weak financial background and being a student, I cannot afford it. Therefore, I would like to request the university to provide financial support and sponsor my whole trip.
