Dear Sir,

I am writing to follow up regarding a course that is offered by your training center. The name of the course is “Enhance Self-confidence”. I am interested in taking this course to overcome my nervousness. I have recently joined 148 France company as a supervisor. I often feel nervous at my workplace because I don’t have enough experience in this field. I hesitate to give speech and presentation in front of my seniors.

I would like to know the schedule and cost of this course. I work from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Let me know if I can attend the course online, after my working hours. It would be great if I can attend online classes as I live at 1.5 hour distance, from your training center. I can attend in-person class on Saturday and Sunday. I need detailed information of the duration of this course as well as the fees. Also, I would like to know do I need to pay whole amount before starting the course or there will be installments.

My another question is regarding discount. Do your institution provides an offer for the employees who work with registered companies? If there is any kind of discount that I can get, please give information about that. Also, will you provide me a certification after I complete the course? I will do enrollment in this course after getting these details.
