Hey Ann,

I’ve got some exciting news – I’m finally moving into my new place!

You would not believe how much I love it. I’ve been renting my current apartment for 10 years and now I’m about having my own home. I had been chosen the house with such attention to details: location, plan, developer’s reputation. And I was so excited to get it done after 2 years of construction. Then I started to furnish it in a way I wish. It promises to be so comfy.

I’m throwing a little housewarming get-together on 01/09/2026 – I’d love for you to come. It won’t be anything fancy, just a few close friends, some food, drinks and good company.

You’re welcome to crash at my place for the night or more if you can make it.

Let me know if you can come – it wouldn’t be the same without you.
