The objective of writing this letter is to let you know that I am organizng a community picinc and want to invite you in the picinc. This picinc is for the entartainment and get together of our community. I have decided to go to Godawari on 23rd of august. As we are going for a dry picnic so there will be chatpate, fruits, chips, cold drinks and so on.

Let me explain what we will be doing in the picinic. Since Godawari is all about greenary so we will be visiting botanical garden and enjoy the moment there. We are going to dance, sing and play games such as cards, balls, blind fold and more.

Would you kindly bring 4 bottles of cold drinks and cards since, we all are bringing something for the picinc. I look forward to hearing from you. Please let me know if you require any further information.
