Task Response

4
The letter attempts to address the task but includes irrelevant information (mentioning college instead of company). Key points are sometimes unclear or inaccurate. The letter needs to focus more on the specific details requested in the prompt, such as the exact date and location, and provide clear instructions on what to bring or wear. To improve, ensure the context is consistent (company sports day, not college), provide precise details about the event, and organize the information more logically.

Coherence & Cohesion

4
The letter's organization is weak, making it difficult to follow the information about the sports day. Paragraphing and transitions need improvement to create a smoother flow. For example, clearly separate the introduction, details about the event, and the closing remarks into distinct paragraphs. Use transitional phrases to connect ideas and guide the reader through the letter.

Lexical Resource

4
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, which limits the clarity and impact of the message. To enhance your lexical resource, try to incorporate a wider range of vocabulary related to sports, events, and invitations. For instance, instead of just saying 'games,' use more specific terms like 'athletic competitions,' 'recreational activities,' or 'team sports.' Also, vary your sentence structure to make the letter more engaging.

Grammatical Range & Accuracy

3
The letter contains numerous grammatical errors that significantly affect its clarity. Focus on improving your understanding and application of basic grammar rules, including subject-verb agreement, correct tense usage, and proper article usage. For example, sentences like 'I WANT TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE SPORTS DAY THAT ARE ARRANGE IN OUR COOLEGE FOR 1 WEEK' need to be restructured for grammatical accuracy. Proofreading carefully and using grammar-checking tools can help identify and correct these errors.
