Dear Madam,

We are organizing a charity fundraising event to support a local animal shelter, and I am writing to invite Cakrawala Business to participate in this event. Detailed information will be elaborated on further.

Firstly, I will give you some background information on the purpose of the fundraising event. Recently, we often found the animals such are dog and cat on the street, and sometimes their conditions is terrible. Furthermore, they are wild and there is no people who take care. Because of that, this event will be collect the animal like that and support a local animal shelter in Bantul. Later after this agenda finished, the goverment, the community, and the animal will get the benefit.
