Dear co-workers,

I am writing this letter to farewell party.

You all know one of our favourite colleague Mrs. Paul Sharma is leaving our nest week. The reason behind is leaving the company is she has completed 60 years service in our company. According to our company policy no one can work above the 60 years and she is the first lady in our department who get retired so obviously it is important to organise a party for her to make this moment special.

I organised a small party for her which will be held on 15th June 2025 in my home and my home address is 1 Howard Crescent, Ontario.

I have one request if possible you can bring gifts and cards which related to her. Do make cards in which her photographs in office are added and so on. I am very excited to meet you on this special evening. See you soon.
